HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY BRIDAL APPOINTMENT?
For our 90 minute Bridal Appointments, brides can bring up to 4 guests.
For our 2 hour long Premier Bridal Appointments, brides can bring up to 8 guests.
CAN MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HELP PICK THE DRESSES?
We ask that all guests remain seated during the duration of the bridal appointment. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, which also includes a link to your own personal online portal, where you can preview pictures of all the dresses online. This is a great way to see what we have!
Of course, if a guest has a requested style they would like to see the bride try on, we are always happy to hear from the bride’s guests.
DO YOU CARRY PLUS SIZE DRESSES?
Yes!! We have hundreds of samples in sizes 18-34.
WHEN SHOULD I START SHOPPING FOR MY DRESS?
Start shopping when you are ready to buy & you have the most important people with you (ie: Mom, Grandma, Aunt, Sister, BFF, etc.).
WHEN SHOULD I BUY MY DRESS?
We recommend ordering your wedding gown 9-12 months before your wedding date. Most brides at Pure Bridal say “YES” to the dress and purchase on the same day, so be prepared to find your dress! Keep in mind, even if you lose weight, your dress can be altered and sculpted to you, so don’t wait on your weight!!
Even if your wedding is sooner than 9-12 months, all hope is not lost! We have lots of dresses we can sell off-the-rack, can check our In-Stock options, or can check Rush Production options.
DOES PURE BRIDAL DO ALTERATIONS?
Pure Bridal does not have an in-house seamstress. Alterations are one of the most important parts of the wedding gown process though. Almost EVERY bride needs some alterations.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL TO BUY MY DRESS?
Most brides choose to pay in full, because it is easiest, but we do have two payment plan options that require at least a 50% down payment to place an order for your dress.
DO YOU HAVE BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES?
Yes, we do!! We have a beautifully curated collection of bridesmaids dresses with sizes ranging from 2- 28 from three different designers. Pure Bridal brides get a 10% discount on bridesmaids dresses.
