I found my dress at Pure Bridal last weekend at my first appointment. From the very beginning the staff was attentive. They have an online portal that allows you to choose favorites to try for your appointment. Rita was in contact several times making sure they had correct information, asking questions about the wedding day, and making sure I had all the information for the appointment. Jillian was FABULOUS! I couldn't have asked for better! She was attentive and thorough. Asking for specifics on details I liked, didn't like, etc. She made the experience fun, easy, and peaceful.
